Receiving & Inspection
We check every part, confirm the colour and finish, and plan any masking.
Surface Preparation
Abrasive blasting and degreasing down to clean metal.
Pretreatment & Drying
Chemical pretreatment for adhesion and corrosion resistance, then drying.
Powder Application
Electrostatic spraying for an even coat, including edges and corners.
Oven Curing
Baked at a controlled temperature until the powder forms a hard, continuous film.
Quality Check & Packing
Thickness, adhesion and appearance checks, then careful wrapping for delivery.
